• Activity: orders, wallet transactions, eSIM purchases, support messages and the codes received on numbers you rent.
• Technical data: basic device and log information used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To run your account, process purchases and deliver numbers and eSIMs.
• To send service emails such as purchase confirmations, wallet funding, refunds and eSIM expiry reminders, and occasional notices about the service.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to provide support.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the providers that deliver the service: number and eSIM suppliers, payment processors, our hosting and database providers, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is open and as required for accounting and security. You can ask us to correct or delete your account information through the Contact page, subject to records we must keep by law.

Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect your data, but no online service can be completely risk free. Keep your password private.
